Mr. Moustafa is a Chartard Marine Engineer & Naval Architecture with the Engineering Council of UK, and a Registered Expert with G.C.C. Commercial Arbitration Center. Graduated in 1976 and had his seagoing experience with the Egyptian Navigation Co. Joined the Arab Shipbuilding & Repair Yard Co.(ASRY) in 1978 till 2017 during which he held several Managerial Positions e.g., Shiprepair Manager and Department Head of several Production Departments e.g., Mechanical, Electrical & Maintenance, Yard Operations Department, Yard Duty DEPT. and the Main Planning Department . Also has  been the General Manager of the Technical Resources and Business Development Division then the General Manager of Procurement and Contracts Division. He has been since 2012 holding the position of Acting Chief Executive of the Company in several occasions particularly during the period from August 2016 till January 2017. Mr. Moustafa has more than 41 years of experience on Ship Operation, Ship Repair and Shipyard Operations, Management and Development.
