Mr. Panayot (Pano) Dimitrov has master’s degree by the Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy – Varna with specialty Ship Power Plants taken in 1978-th. He began his carrier as Engineer in Charge of an Engineering Watch in Navigation Maritime Bulgare (Navibulgar) and continuously he has developed as Ship’s Chef Engineer. From 1987-th Pano Dimitrov commence his work for KOTC (Kuwait Oil Tanker Company) first as Chief Engineer. From 1997-th to the beginning of 2020 he was the Chief Dry-dock super intendant for KOTC. Since the 2020 he has joined to the team of PONTUS.
